Terms of service

The short version: order in good faith, and we will look after you.

These terms cover your use of orderksa.com and the Order KSA app, and every order you place through them. The store is run by ARMAA ELJAZZERA UNITED ESTABLISHMENT, trading as Order KSA, a business registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Browsing the store, creating an account or placing an order means you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use the store.

1. What the words mean

• "We", "us", "the store" means ARMAA ELJAZZERA UNITED ESTABLISHMENT, trading as Order KSA.
• "You", "the customer" means anyone who visits the store, creates an account or places an order.
• "Products" means the bags, accessories and anything else we sell.
• "Order" means a request you send us to buy one or more products.

2. Who can order

You need to be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract. When you order, you are confirming that this is true and that the details you have given us are accurate.

3. Your account

You can shop as a guest. Creating an account just makes it easier: your orders, addresses and wishlist stay in one place.

Your login details are yours to protect, and anything done through your account is treated as done by you. If you think someone else has been using it, tell us straight away.

We may suspend or close an account used for fraud, abuse, repeatedly refusing deliveries without reason, or anything else that breaks these terms.

4. What we say about our products

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including materials, dimensions and colour. A few honest caveats:

• Colours look different on different screens, in different light, on different devices
• Small variations in handcrafted pieces are how handmade work looks, not a fault
• Measurements are approximate and can vary slightly between pieces
• Styling images are for illustration. Anything else shown in the photo is not included unless the description says so

5. Prices and VAT

All prices are in Saudi Riyals and include VAT at the rate applied in the Kingdom, unless we say otherwise. Delivery is free, so no shipping charge is added at checkout.

We can change prices, start or end a promotion, and adjust what is available at any time. Any change applies to orders placed afterwards. It never affects an order we have already confirmed.

If a product goes live at an obviously wrong price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We will contact you before we do.

6. When your order becomes an order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email tells you we received it, not that we have accepted it. The contract is formed when we confirm your order has been dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order if:

• The item is out of stock or no longer available
• There was a pricing or description error
• Payment could not be verified or was declined
• The delivery address is outside our coverage or cannot be verified
• We suspect fraud, commercial resale, or a breach of these terms

If we cancel an order you have paid for, you get the full amount back to the method you paid with.

7. Paying

We accept mada, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay, and instalment payment through Tabby and Tamara.

Payment is taken when you order. We never store your full card details. Card data goes directly to our payment providers in a secure PCI DSS compliant environment.

Paying with Tabby or Tamara? That instalment plan is an agreement between you and them, not with us. Their approval rules, fees and late payment terms apply, and we are not part of that arrangement. Your rights against us for the product itself are unaffected.

8. Delivery

We deliver to every city in the Kingdom, free of charge, with no minimum spend. Processing times, delivery estimates and coverage are set out in our Shipping and Delivery page, which forms part of these terms.

Delivery times are estimates. Weather, courier problems, public holidays and incorrect addresses can hold a parcel up, and those are not things we control.

Giving us a correct address and a reachable phone number is your part of the deal. If delivery fails because the address was wrong or we could not reach you after reasonable attempts, a re-delivery charge may apply.

9. Returns, exchanges and cancelling

Your return window, the conditions and the refund process are all on our Returns and Refunds page, which forms part of these terms.

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by messaging us as soon as possible. Once it is with the courier, the return process applies instead.

10. Warranty

Products are covered against manufacturing defects as set out in our Returns and Refunds page. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, accidents, water or chemical damage, poor storage, or repairs done by anyone we have not approved.

11. Discount codes and offers

Codes and promotions follow whatever conditions we state at the time. Unless we say otherwise:

• One code per order, and codes cannot be combined
• Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• We may withdraw or change an offer any time before an order is placed
• Codes obtained by error, duplication or unauthorised sharing may be voided

12. What belongs to us

Everything on this store, the Order KSA name and logo, our product photography, text, graphics, layout and software, belongs to us or is used under licence. Please do not copy, republish, distribute or use it commercially without our written permission.

Third party brand names and logos remain the property of their owners.

13. Reviews and photos you share

When you leave a review, comment or photo, or tag us on social media, you are giving us permission to use and display that content in our marketing, on the site, in the app and on our channels, crediting you where appropriate.

You are confirming that what you share is yours, is honest, and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading, unlawful or off topic.

14. Using the store fairly

Please do not use the store for fraudulent transactions, interfere with how it runs or its security, scrape data from it, or resell our products commercially without a written agreement with us.

15. Where our responsibility ends

We work to keep the store accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will never go down or never contain an error. As far as the laws of the Kingdom allow, our liability on any order is limited to the value of that order.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Saudi consumer protection law.

16. Your data

We handle your personal data according to our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

17. Links to other sites

We link out to payment providers, social platforms and other websites. Once you are there, their terms and privacy practices apply, not ours.

18. If these terms change

We may update these terms from time to time. Whichever version is published here when you place your order is the version that applies to it, and the date at the top shows the last revision.

19. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute that cannot be settled amicably goes to the competent authorities in the Kingdom.

But please talk to us first. Almost everything gets sorted quickly and directly, and that is how we would rather handle it.
